First Canada Cosmetician & Hair Design Academy is prohibited by law from guaranteeing a position to any student or prospective student and this contract is subject to the Private Career Colleges Act and the regulations made thereunder. For information regarding cancellation of this contract and refunds of monies paid see sections 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25 of the Regulation 939 made under the Private Career Colleges Act.

The application agrees to pay a registration fee of $100.00 with this application. All fees are subject to College refund policy as prescribed under S.25 to 33 of O.Reg.415/06.

The College reserves the right to cancel the above named course when sufficient enrollment is not attained. Applicants affected by cancelled classes may elect to transfer their application to the next scheduled class or, upon request, receive a refund of all monies paid.
